About The Company

The Company is incorporated in Kerala on 2nd November 2011 under corporate identity No. U65923KL2011PTC029718. The Company is intended to function as a ‘Non-Banking Finance Company’, to carry on the business of money lending, financing, leasing by giving loans and advances on movable and immovable properties, precious metals, etc.etc., but will not carry on the business of banking as defined under the Banking Regulation Act 1949. The Company belongs to a well known business group of Guruvayur – the Radhakrishna Group. There are two more companies functioning under the Group – (a) Radhakrishna Kuries Private Ltd., and (b) Radhakrishna Villas & Apartments Private Ltd.

Vision

The Company visualize immense possibilities in financing housing and household sector. In addition to providing competitive financing to this sector, it will also provide many linked in services, like Money Transfer, Passenger Reservations, etc.etc. The Company aims for a horizontal and vertical growth in the near future, say within 5 to 10 years, in non-banking finance sector.
